About Nadia
~ Free Spirited Confidante ~ Smokehouse
Equal parts Lover & Rebel ~
She is free in her wildness, she is a wanderess, a drop of free water. She knows nothing of borders and cares nothing for rules or customs. 'Time' for her isn’t something to fight against. Her life flows clean, with passion, like fresh water.

My Philosophy
While these principles are my guiding framework for how I like to live and work, I do not force anything. That is not in my nature. What is in my nature is to be a positive force and influence in your life. And of course, that means frisk and mischief are equally important playmates for balance and well-being ;)
Self-awareness – I encourage cultivating more awareness of your/my inner world, and the relationship you have with the different facets of life. I’m the kind who wants to understand everything. Proceeding with curiosity to get the bigger picture of something so that more clarity can be gained—even if it means questioning a belief embedded in my identity that my ego holds onto for dear life. I want to examine that grasping. Self-awareness really is the first step to creating any change you want in your life.
Self-Alignment – To become more aligned with my/your self. And truly, what could be more important? So much of the time we’re pushed and pulled in so many directions. I say screw it all. The question is not what’s true for your family or friends or people on social media. It’s “what feels true for *you*?”. Getting to the core of who you are, and really *seeing you* is my intention. Seems scary, but it’s not…not with me.
Empowerment – Empowerment can mean many things but in this context I mean one’s empowerment toward being the human they want themselves to be. Respecting themselves, their life, and other’s lives enough to take the action necessary for that growth. And that is solely a journey of one’s own (but I’m here to exchange ideas!). We can obtain outside validation endlessly but if we behave in ways that disrespect our life, it’s an empty pursuit. So how can you dedicate yourself to the truest most expansive you?
Health in mind, body, and spirit – Ayurveda and yoga are guiding frameworks for how I move through life. Yoga, while oversimplified in the west as just a physical exercise practice, is a vast and deep world of studying our relationships to life, and how we can be free in those relationships. Ayurveda is the sister philosophical science to yoga and translates as “the science of life”. Based largely on balance and living in harmony with nature’s rhythms and heeding our intuitive sense of what’s healthy or unhealthy for us. This includes everything from whether a relationship we have with someone is life supporting to us or not, to “should I eat another sliver of that cake right now?”. I’m a hedonist at heart too, btw.
Embodied living – I’m extremely body oriented, and my most enjoyed activities include pole dancing, Latin/sensual/dynamic partner dancing, flow arts (hula hooping), animal/primal movement, handstands, hiking, and yoga asana to name a few. Sensual dancing for you is also on that list ;) Aside from these grosser representations of embodiment, I’m also in continuous practice to tune in to the subtler cues from my inner world so that I can listen and take action with the most integrated alignment of myself. I hope to aid in your embodiment as well.
Story – Everyone has one. It’s not selfish to share yours. It’s essential. The power of story has been lost in our westernized world of materialism, aesthetics, and persona. I’ll be looking forward to hearing yours if you’d like to share <3
